Storyteller Circle
August 25 - October 1, 2025

WHY STORIES? WHY NOW?
Welcome to the Storyteller Circle! These powerful sessions act as a safe haven where your creative instincts are allowed to explore, without the shadow of judgment. Because here’s the truth: impactful storytelling doesn’t come from carefully constructed perfection. It comes from raw, fearless authenticity.
No “Good Writing” Allowed: Only Brave Storytelling
The Storyteller Circle isn’t about chasing perfection. It's not even close to it. This is about embracing your story in all its raw, unfiltered brilliance. The Storyteller Circle sessions aren’t designed to tell you what “good writing” looks like—they’re constructed to help you break free from overthinking, that paralyzing “Is this good enough?” loop. Here, you will write, share, stumble, and soar—all in an environment that celebrates your voice exactly as it is.

How it works
Over the course of six weeks, each Storyteller Circle meets for 90 focused minutes of guided writing.
Writers receive warm, strength-based feedback grounded in positive psychology.
Our supportive, salon-style container helps you move past the inner critic so your truest stories can emerge.

🌟 WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH
🚀 A finished, performance-ready story (or at least one complete draft) shaped from your lived experience and ready for stages, podcasts, or publication.
🦉 Practical storytelling tools you can use immediately: story structure templates, character-building prompts, and the “arc to meaning” technique that turns personal moments into universal, moving narratives.
💪🏽 Increased creative confidence and fewer blocks — concrete practices (breathing, creation vs. editing, externalizing the critic) to quiet self-judgment and keep writing.⚡️ Strength-based feedback you can actually use: focused, encouraging notes that highlight what’s working and where to deepen, so revisions feel energizing not deflating.
📝 A mini-portfolio of short pieces and prompts you can repurpose for TEDx-style talks, MOTH-style stories, articles, videos, or social posts.
👯 An ongoing support network: a small salon-style pod of writers who give reliable, confidential feedback and cheer your next steps.
